この規約は、このウェブサイトと、記録者（Creative AX 竹内）がYouTubeチャンネル「佐藤哲雄 107歳 太平洋戦争インパール作戦の生還者」（@satotetsuo1919）の運営に使う投稿ツール「sato-yt-up」に適用されます。
YouTube 利用規約への同意
sato-yt-up は YouTube API サービスを利用しています。sato-yt-up を利用する人は、YouTube 利用規約に同意し、これに従うものとします。sato-yt-up が扱う情報については、プライバシーポリシーと Google プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
sato-yt-up について
- sato-yt-up は、記録者だけが自分のパソコンで使う非公開のツールです。ほかの人に提供・販売することはありません
- 扱うのは、許可を受けたこのチャンネル自身の動画・字幕・再生リスト・公開日時の設定だけです
- 許可は、Googleアカウントのセキュリティ設定からいつでも取り消せます
動画と内容について
- 動画は、佐藤哲雄さんとご家族の了承を得て、記録者が撮影・投稿しています
- 証言は佐藤さんご本人の記憶にもとづくもので、史実と異なる場合があります
- 動画や文章を無断で転載・改変・販売しないでください。報道・教育で引用したい方は、下の連絡先までご相談ください

These terms apply to this website and to "sato-yt-up", a posting tool that the recorder (Takeuchi, Creative AX) uses to run the YouTube channel of Tetsuo Sato (@satotetsuo1919).
Agreement to the YouTube Terms of Service
sato-yt-up uses YouTube API Services. By using sato-yt-up, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. For how sato-yt-up handles information, see our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
About sato-yt-up
- sato-yt-up is a private tool used only by the recorder, on the recorder's own computer. It is not offered or sold to anyone else.
- It handles only the authorized channel's own videos, captions, playlists and publishing schedule.
- Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings.
About the videos
- The videos are filmed and posted by the recorder with the consent of Mr. Sato and his family.
- The testimony is based on Mr. Sato's own memory and may differ from historical records.
- Please do not repost, alter or sell the videos or text without permission. For quotation in news or education, please contact us.
